After planting out the indigenous vegetables with sun and animal protection in terms of a cover of Carissa (thorny) branches, and watering daily with rainwater and my recycled seedling sprinkler, the plants are doing well and the fleshy Trachyandra has just taken off with a bang, it even looks like an explosion. I've heard they are pioneers too.

I think potassium has little, if any, effect on algal blooms, as opposed to nitrogen and phosphorus, the N & P of N-P-K.
