a low cast garden swing can bring so much pleasure to the garden

For the garden as therapy nothing beats a garden swing. Return to the carefree moments of childhood for a few minutes, meditate and relax. This swing cost me nothing to build from some old rope and driftwood, using a lot of square knots which you can look up online. It is slung over a single point on the branch, rather than two, looped so that there is no chafing of the bark, and it can rotate and swing in any direction, depending if I want to look at the moon, or the tree branches or a sunset.
